The worldwide Youth Council of Ohaneze Ndigbo has vowed to expose all the commercial activities of The Indigneous People Of Biafra (IPOB).
According to them, IPOB have done more harm than good to the situation Ndigbo found themselves as at 2015 when Muhammadu Buhari was elected.
According to a statement by the Ohaneze Ndigbo Youth Worldwide council through its deputy president, General Comrade Obinna Achionye yesterday in Abakaliki yesterday, it said, “The IPOB these days have lost consciousness these days and are now doing the bidding of politicians outside Igbo land.
Achionye stated that despite the fact that Ndigbo have been looking for political succour since 2015, the IPOb have damaged the old political order and erected their own family dynasty through disorientation missiles and propaganda from Radio Biafra which is being applauded by some media.
The group however urged South East governors to overlook any comittee set up to interface between them and the IPOB, stressing that there’s no need for backyard settlement between them and the IPOB except the IPOB openly apologizes to them.
“We observed that IPOB have started losing popularity since it destroyed its members PVC and began plotting the downfall of Governors Umahi, Ikpeazu and Ugwuanyi’s reelection bids. After these governors emerged victoriously, they resorted back to their blackmail and settlement strategies.
Since the Southeast governors called the antics a bluff, the IPOB have connived with enemies of igbo to stage failed revolution protests which were unsuccessful in the Southeast, now they have resorted to violent approach to do the bidding of the presidential hopefuls outside igbo land to smack down all presidential hopeful in Igbo land.
We know how a former minister from Anambra State persuaded a northern presidential candidate to use IPOB’s nuisance to hoodwink Ndigbo into voting the politician after visiting Nnamdi Kanu in Israel, nevertheless, Southeast governors will never negotiate with Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, blackmail and settlement strategies are dead on arrival.”
